注意要点： Attention points of Dongguan garment manufacturers :
1. Appearance. Work clothes should be neat, flat, symmetrical, folded straight, all parts ironed flat, no leaks, no dead folds, wireless heads, and no wool. The line is compatible with the fabric, including color, texture, degree, shrinkage, etc. The two should be roughly the same to ensure the inherent quality and appearance of the garment. The color of the buttons should match the color of the fabric. Second, the specifications. The clothing model shall be set in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "clothing model series" standard. The size is limited to the tolerance range allowed by the standard. Third, the color difference. Chromatic aberration is a requirement for workwear fabrics. According to the national standard for color difference, the top collar, bag fabric, and side seams of clothing are the main parts, and the color difference is higher than the fourth grade, and the other surface parts are fourth grade. The color difference test of work clothes is borrowed from the "color-fading sample card". The card is one of the national standards formulated by the former Ministry of Textile Industry. The sample card consists of five pairs of gray standard samples, divided into five levels. Grade 5 has a good degree of fading, and the color difference is equal to zero. Grades 4 to 1 are relatively increasing degrees of fading. Fourth, defects. The standard stipulates that only one defect is allowed for each independent part. That is to say, there is a defect on the clothing piece, and no more defects are allowed on the patch pocket and the cover in this independent part. The type of defect varies with different fabrics. The judgment shall be made according to the standard. The independent part is the area divided by the clothing piece. According to the main part of the clothing piece, it is divided into four areas: 1, 2, 3, and 4. Each part is a region on the garment. Fifth, sewing. In the stitch pitch density, the stitch length of the open line (including the dark line without the open line) is specified, 14-18 stitches per 3cm. There are many types of fabrics. In order to ensure the appearance and solidity of the product, different stitches should be selected for different fabrics. For example, the pitch of hard fabrics can be thinner, and the pitch of soft fabrics can be denser. The lines in the sewing area are not allowed to bend casually, which must meet the needs of the overalls of the work clothes; the lines must be neat, not overlapping, no needle jumps, throws, and clear stitches. The length should be appropriate, there should be no missing stitches or off-threads, and the tightness of the sutures should match the thickness and texture of the fabric.
