Performance and quality requirements of resin interlining (1) The feel and elasticity of resin interlining are mainly determined by the use of the interlining. Resin interlining feel and elastic wash resistance are one of the methods to distinguish the advantages and disadvantages of resin interlining. After washing, good quality interlining has little change in hand feel and elasticity. Poor quality interlining feel and elasticity will change greatly.
The feel of the resin lining is expressed by the stiffness. The test method for the stiffness of the woven resin lining is the national standard ZBW04003-87 "Test Method for Fabric Stiffness, Slope Overhang".

(II) Resin lining washing size change The rinsing size change of resin lining is mainly caused by the wetting, expansion and relaxation shrinkage of fibers and fabrics when the lining is washed. Because the resin interlining is finished by resin, the dimensional change in water washing is expressed by the dimensional change rate compared with the calculation method for dimensional change in water washing:

(III) Breaking strength Breaking strength is another important indicator of well-known interlining, and it is a technical difficulty in production, because the feel and breaking strength of the interlining are a contradiction. (4) Chlorine yellowing Chlorine yellowing is a major disadvantage of resin interlinings, and it often has an adverse effect on the fabric, because the resin finishing agents for producing resin interlinings generally contain N-methylolamide, and N-hydroxymethyl Both base amides contain nitrogen. During the washing process, if it encounters sodium hypochlorite or available chlorine in water, it will produce yellowing substances, which will cause yellowing of the resin interlining. (VI) The color fastness of the colored resin interlining cloth With the development of garment factories in the direction of personalization, clothing, fashion, and high-end, the demand for the colored resin interlining cloth has gradually increased. However, in the production of colored resin interlining, attention should be paid to fastness and selection of dyes.
