The laundry equipment should use a programmable stainless steel channel type, dust-free washing machine. Clothes drying equipment should use special programmable stainless steel dust-free clothes dryer. The fresh air used for drying is filtered through a high-efficiency filter. Using ordinary laundry and drying equipment, it is difficult to ensure the cleanliness of cleanroom clothes to meet the standards after cleaning and drying.
After the final cleaning, the drying, packaging and inspection are performed in a Class 100 clean room environment. It is carried out under ordinary environment. After cleaning, the dust-free clothing is easily polluted by the small dust particles in the surrounding environment, which affects the cleanliness of the dust-free clothing and thus hurts the product.
